Who Runs Cases.gg

Cases.gg went live in 2024. Company filings and the site's own terms point to CGG Entertainment Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus, as the operator, with card and crypto payments handled through a separate US-registered payments entity. That is more disclosure than a large share of CS2 case sites manage, and it means there is at least a named legal counterparty behind the balance you deposit.

What the terms do not contain is a gambling licence. No regulator is named, no licence number is published. In practice that means the operator writes its own player-protection rules and is the final arbiter of any dispute. Compare that with Hellcase, which holds an Isle of Man licence, and you can see why the two score differently in our system even though both are established case sites.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Funding is crypto-first with card support. Unlike the skin-deposit model used by most of the sites in our rankings, you are converting money into a site balance rather than trading CS2 items in and out, so Steam trade holds never enter the picture. The trade-off is that your balance lives entirely with the operator.
